Meet the Founder
Catherine Cashman grew up in East London and holds a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bristol. Later, she spent years moving around the world for projects in corporate consulting. Living out of suitcases, she kept running into the same problem: it was hard to find housing that respected both the landlord’s assets and the professionals staying there.
Since Catherine spent years as the relocating professional hunting for good housing, Zenrise understands what corporate occupants value – and how to keep them for longer stays. Zenrise now applies that experience to London homes, hosting vetted corporate guests and contractors.
Zenrise works with a small number of properties so the team can stay close to guests and protect the landlord’s asset - combining Catherine’s engineering‑level attention to detail with a people‑first, boutique service.
